Liquidation
Liquidation is the forced closing of a position by the exchange when margin is no longer enough to cover the loss.
How to read it
The liquidation price depends on leverage: the higher it is, the closer liquidation sits to the entry. A liquidation cascade accelerates price moves as closed positions turn into market orders.
