- What happens if I exceed the Free plan signal?
- On Free you receive 1 signal per day (resets at midnight UTC). After it fires, the screener simply pauses delivery until the next reset — settings stay intact, and signals that fired while paused are still visible in your dashboard history.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. PRO is a recurring subscription that you can cancel from your account at any time — access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then you roll back to the Free plan automatically.
- Do you offer a refund?
- Yes. If PRO is not what you expected, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will return it in full to the original payment method. Yearly plans get a pro-rata refund after the 7-day window.
- Crypto payments?
- Yes — PRO is priced in USDT and accepts USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20). Russian users can also pay in RUB through standard card / SBP. No KYC is required for crypto payments.
