Almost always the cause is delivery: push works after you allow notifications in the browser or on the phone, Telegram after you start the bot of each screener you turned on, and the dashboard warns when either is missing. If delivery is fine, check your thresholds with the preview — they may be too narrow. If neither helps, write to support and we will look at your account.
No. You get what changed, by how much and on which exchange, with a breakdown of positions, indicators and the rest of the market. The trading decision stays yours — no plan adds trade calls.
