How it is calculated
A position breaks even not at the entry price but a little beyond: first it has to cover fees and funding. The calculator shows exactly where that is.
The more you enter and exit, and the longer you hold with funding, the further breakeven drifts. At high leverage the costs as a percent of margin are even more noticeable.

What is the breakeven price?
The price at which the position closes flat after all costs — fees and funding. Below it you are still down by the cost amount.
Which fee do I enter?
The round-trip total for entry and exit. Taker fee is about 0.1% per side, so roughly 0.2% round-trip — check your own venue.
Do I need to include funding?
If you hold a perpetual through funding timestamps, yes. Enter the accumulated percent; for a long, positive funding is a cost.
